Filtered Water Faucet Tap

Instant Healthy Drinking Water

What is a Filtered Water Tap?

A filtered water tap is a specialized faucet designed to dispense clean drinking water. Typically installed alongside under-sink water filtration systems, it provides a separate outlet for filtered water, while another tap or outlet remains available for unfiltered water used for washing.

Taps Available for Under-Sink Water Filtration Systems

Unlike countertop filtration systems like water dispensers, under-sink systems don’t take up counter space. As new homes in Singapore become smaller, kitchen space is increasingly valuable. At Puriwell Global, we offer three meticulously designed tap options to suit various household needs:

Dedicated Filtered Water Tap

separate filtered water tap installed on countertop, with existing cold and hot mixer tap.

Advantages

A separate tap installed on the countertop specifically for drinking water, alongside existing cold and hot mixer taps.

  • Prevents mix-ups among family members, especially useful for first-time water filtration installations.
  • Ensures no water is wasted.

Disadvantages

  • Takes up additional space on the countertop.

3-Way Kitchen Mixer Tap

A stainless steel mixer tap with three functions: one for hot water, one for cold water, and a separate spout for filtered water. It has two handles—one for each tap.

Advantages

  • Reduces clutter on the sink or countertop as it combines functions in one unit.
  • Prevents water wastage by using only the filtered water spout for drinking needs.

Disadvantages

  • Limited flexibility in terms of functionality compared to other options.

3-Way Kitchen Mixer Tap with Sprayer

3 way Kitchen Mixer Tap with Sprayer, water flowing into cup from separate filtered water spout.

This tap combines the features of a mixer tap with a sprayer and a separate filtered water spout. It includes two handles—one for each function—and the filtered water spout can be rotated out of the way when not in use.

Advantages

  • Minimizes clutter on the sink or countertop.
  • No water is wasted, as only the filtered water spout is used for drinking.
  • The sprayer is particularly useful for larger sinks, providing flexibility to reach all areas easily.

Disadvantages

  • More complex installation compared to a single-function tap.
