Do your filters require electricity?

No, Puriwell Global's under-sink filtration systems operate using normal water pressure to push water through the filters.

How often should I change the filters?

We recommend changing the filters every 6 to 9 months, depending on your usage. If you notice a decline in water quality, please contact us for a replacement.

Is it safe to drink water from Puriwell Global's system without boiling?

Yes, it is completely safe. All our filters are NSF and/or FDA certified. In addition, you can safely drink tap water in Singapore!

Can I store Puriwell Global's water for an extended period before drinking?

For the best results, drink the water straight from the tap. If you need to store it, use an airtight BPA-free water bottle and consume it within the same day.

Will I notice a difference after drinking Puriwell Global's water for the first time?

Many customers report changes in their bowel habits within a few days of starting to drink Puriwell Global's water. This indicates your body is adjusting to the clean, alkaline water.

I prefer not to drill into my sink countertop. Are there alternative options?

If you prefer not to drill, we can suggest a multi-functional tap as an alternative.

Can I install Puriwell Global's filters in a small kitchen with limited countertop space?

Yes, you can. Our under-sink filters are designed to keep your countertop free from clutter, making them ideal for small kitchens.

What is the warranty period for the filters?

The standard warranty is one year and covers O-rings and gaskets. Since there are no electrical components, you need not worry about component failure.
